AdiCrystals take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every item before dispatch. Returns are accepted only in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Any such concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images, video of the product while unpackaging.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging intact. Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Once a return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.Due to the natural and unique nature of crystals, minor variations in color, shape, or texture are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.
